I lost another .8 lbs this week.
Total lost 11.4 Yay!
I'm averaging 1.6 lbs a week.
I suppose this is the best way to do it so it will stay off.
Just watched a Dr Oz show about snacks. He recommends a 200 calorie snack 1-2 hrs before dinner . The snacks much consist of 6G of fiber and 10G of protein. There is a list of 4 they made up for us, follow this link to them.
